You might want to handle all of the on-site registration activities yourself. If that's the case, we can provide the necessary equipment with our software installed and your attendee list ready to use. We provide training, a detailed user guide and telephone support during office hours.
If you've used EventReference to register your attendees, we'll take your database from that. If you just want to send us a spreadsheet containing your attendees' details, that's fine. We'll import it into the system so that it's ready to go when you get on-site.
If you want badges pre-printed and delivered with the equipment, we'll do that. This means that you'll only be using the equipment on-site to print replacement badges or add new registrants and print their badges. But it means that everybody has badges of the same standard, whether they've been pre-printed or printed on-site.

After your event, you'll be able to get attendee reports from EventReference.
If you have a smaller event and you're operating on a tight budget but you still want fully professional badges, this could be the option for you.
